Engr. Prof. Francis Kwesi Bondinuba is currently a Associate Professor at the Department of Building Technology, Kumasi Technical University in Kumasi, Ghana. He is a strong education professional with a diploma and bachelor’s degrees in building technology from Kumasi Technical University (formerly Kumasi Polytechnic) and KNUST in Ghana, a master’s degree in construction project management from Hogeschool Van Arnhem En Nijmegen in the Netherlands and a PhD in Urban Studies from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, UK.
His academic experience includes teaching and supervising students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He currently teaches Construction Estimating, Construction Project Cost Management, Building Management among others. He is an External Examiner to several post graduate programmes at KNUST, Kumasi and Crown University College in Accra. His research and professional interests are in Construction and Housing Finance, Project Cost Management, Construction Economics and Management and Quantity Surveying. He has collaborated with other researchers from Nigeria, Libya, The Netherlands and the UK among others. These collaborations have resulted in several research outputs and publications. He is currently leading a research team on Bridging the Construction Industry Skills Gap in Ghana: A locally Driven Strategy Towards Policy and Practice at Kumasi Technical University.

Engr. Prof. Francis Kwesi Bondinuba is an experienced lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry with skilled in negotiation, cost management, and highways construction. His several years of construction industry experience are in construction project management, consultancy services and quantity surveying. Engr. Prof. Francis Kwesi Bondinuba has consulted for Metropolitans, Municipals and District Assemblies, GIZ of Germany and Ernest Payer Foundation in Switzerland.
Engr. Prof. Francis Kwesi Bondinuba is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology-Ghana, Ghana Association of Certified Consultants and Fraud Examiners, Mixed Methods International Research Association, Applied Quantitative Methods Network, European Network of Housing Researchers, Chartered Institute of Housing, UK, Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UK, an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of U.K, and an Associate member, Chartered Institution of Arbitration, UK.
