Dr. Abraham Osei is a Snr. Lecturer with over seventeen years of teaching experience in tertiary institutions. Dr. Osei holds PhD in Management Science and Engineering (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), China. He Attended Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF), Germany for his master’s degree in business administration. He holds Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Management from Staffordshire University, Great Britain, and BSc (Hons) Geodetic Engineering (Second Class Upper), Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.

Dr. Osei research areas include Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Small Business Management, and Family Business.

The teaching areas of Dr. Osei include Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation, Operations Management, Transgenerational Entrepreneurship, and Quantitative Methods and supervising students’ Theses/ Dissertations.

Dr. Osei is the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Finance of Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development since 2023/2024 Academic year and the Vice Dean of Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development from 2024/2025 Academic year to date.

Dr. Osei was the Hall Master of Students’ Representative Council (SRC) Hostel for years. Before then, he was the Faculty Co-Ordinator and the Faculty Exams Officer of Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development (FEED).

Dr. Osei has served on Academic Board, FEED Board, ICT Board, Sports Committee, Residence and Housing Committee, among others. He was much involved in bringing Eqwip-Hup project to KsTU.

Dr. Osei has a lot of papers/publications in highly reputable peer review journals to his credit and has attended both national and international conferences and workshops. Dr. Osei also reviews papers in peer review international journals.
