Professor F. K. Bondinuba is an Associate Professor in the Department of Construction Technology and Quantity Surveying at Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. He is an Honorary Research Professor at the Durban University of Technology in South Africa, as well as a visiting scholar at Heriot-Watt University in the UK. He earned his Diploma and Bachelor’s degrees in Building Technology from Kumasi Technical University and KNUST, a Master’s in Construction Project Management from Hogeschool Van Arnhem en Nijmegen, Netherlands, and a PhD in Urban Studies from Heriot-Watt University, UK.
He teaches courses including Construction Estimating, Project Cost Management, and Building Management, and supervises students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Professor Bondinuba also serves as an External Examiner for graduate programs at KNUST and several South African universities. His research focuses on Construction Business, Housing Markets, Project Cost Management, Construction Economics, and Quantity Surveying. He has collaborated internationally, producing numerous publications.
He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (Ghana), European Network of Housing Researchers, Chartered Institute of Housing (UK), Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (UK), an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
