Professor Francis Boadu (PhD), an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Kumasi, Ghana, specializes in Strategic Management. He has extensive experience in strategic management and international entrepreneurship policy and research issues. Francis has also participated in numerous knowledge transfer and innovation projects in several areas, such as business, health, and marketing.

Professor Boadu holds a BSc in Tourism Management from the University of Cape Coast, an MPhil in Business Administration (specializing in Strategic Management and Management Consulting) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. 

His research interests include digital entrepreneurship, digital transformation, knowledge management, innovation management, international business, and human resource management. He supplements his research expertise with consulting on digital entrepreneurship and digital marketing and promoting entrepreneurism in young people by organizing coaching and mentoring sessions for young people interested in setting up businesses. 

Professor Francis Boadu is an author of more than 30 scientific studies. His works have been published in top-tier journals such as the Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Technology in Society, European Journal of Innovation Management, International Journal of Technology Management, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Chinese Management Studies, Journal of the Knowledge Economy, Cross-Cultural & Strategic Management, and Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, among others. Besides, he has published several books on entrepreneurship and research methodology. He holds editorial board positions in prominent international journals. Francis is also a regularly invited reviewer in top-tier journals from Emerald, MDPI, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor and Francis, and Wiley, among others.

Additionally, he is an examiner of several entrepreneurship examination bodies (such as the National Vocational Training Institute and the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training). Throughout his extensive career, he has held significant positions, such as Head of Department (Consulting and Business Incubation Center, KsTU) and currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, KsTU. Professor Francis Boadu has received numerous prestigious honors, including the 2022 Outstanding Reviewer Award from Sustainability, a journal by MDPI, the 2020 Academic Achievement Award from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), and the 2019 Academic Excellent Award from UESTC. According to Google Scholar, his work has been cited over 800 times.
