Engr. Prof. Dadzie is a professional teacher of Komenda College of Education. He holds PhD in Wood Science and Technology, MSc. in Wood Technology and Industrial Management; BEd. in Technology Education (Wood, and Construction options); and Diploma in Technology Education (Wood, Construction, and Electricals and Electronics options).

Wood Science and Furniture Technology to the service of the country, Prof. Dadzie has been part of some standard developments on wood and wood products led by the Ghana Standards Authority. He also helps the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) in Wood Science and Technology, and Interior Design related programme assessment for accreditation; the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) as Examiner/Moderator as well as the National Expert for WorldSkills Ghana – Skill # 25-Joinery, and Skill #26- Carpentry performing as the Chief Expert and Judge.
Prof. Kessels Dadzie is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET-Gh.). His research is focused on wood residue utilization towards sustainable and economic growth of industry, and the preservation and sustenance of tropical forest ecosystem for sustenance of human life and the environment in general. He is credited with forty-four (44) published journal and conference articles/abstracts. He is a reviewer to at least Twelve (12) reputable international journals.
